Wild China

My travels in China have been great adventures for me whether by bicycle or train.  Just the vast size and the variety of different people, food, and landscapes really blows me away.  From the huge modern cities of the east to the Himalayas and the Gobi and Taklamakan deserts of the wild west.  Here are a few pictures from my travels there in 2008 and 2011.

The Huang Shan mountains.

Zhiangjiajae mountains......landscapes which inspired the landscapes in the Avatar movie.
