I have nothing but wonderful feelings for Turkey and its warm people. I have been here a few times but I took these photo's after cycling from Iraq into the south east of Turkey where I continued west along the Syria border. As I entered Turkey from Iraq the first person I met was an overweight kid who approached me with a rock in his hand asking for money. I said yes and he then made the mistake of putting the rock on the floor, so I quickly made my getaway cycling as fast as I could with the kid chasing after me!! Very funny. Along the way the people welcomed me with open arms and I had some amazing experiences. Its such a huge country with so many beautiful places that I will definitely being going back.
